Our team of professional, qualified and dedicated staff provide care and services tailored to the individualised needs of our residents, whether they are permanent or receiving respite care.

We totally respect residents' rights to be consulted and make decisions on their care, services and indeed, all aspects of their life at our home.
 

We support our team with:

  • an effective management system

  • sophisticated information technology

  • significant level of resources & equipment relating to all areas of care and service delivery

  • ongoing professional input and education/training to maintain their knowledge, skills and standards of practice.

All staff are actively managed and supervised by the Directors.
 

Members of our team:

  • Registered Nurses Division 1 in charge of each shift

    • Bachelor of Nursing, with relevant aged care expertise and experience

  • Personal Care Workers

    • Certificate III Aged Care [minimum qualification]

  • Lifestyle Program staff

    • Certificate IV Lifestyle & Leisure

  • Catering staff

    • Food Safety/Food Safety Supervisor Certificates

  • Cleaning/Laundry

  • Contractors [Allied Health Services]

    • Physiotherapist [9 hrs p/week]

    • Podiatrist [six weekly]

    • Massage/Aromatherapist [4 hrs p/week]

    • Dietitian [bi-monthly, or more frequently if required]

  • other health care professionals, eg -

    • Aged Psychiatry

    • Dental Services

    • Doctors [General Practitioners]

    • Hospital in the Home

    • In-Reach Service

    • Optometrist

    • Speech Pathology

    • Wound Care Consultant.

Our staff work as an integrated team across all disciplines, including external health professionals, to ensure residents' are provided with tailored care and services of excellence in accordance with their assessed needs, choices, preferences and decisions.
